Despite cold weather and snow, a great crowd was on hand for the 2021 Spirit of Christmas Parade that took place on Saturday night in downtown Butler.
Over 60 units participated in this year’s parade, which included bands from Butler High School, Slippery Rock High School and a combined band from Karns City and Moniteau. A Stuff the Bus event was also held to benefit the Salvation Army’s holiday efforts.
The presenting sponsor of this year’s Spirit of Christmas Parade was Peoples, an essential utilities company.
