Someone is taking home a huge lottery prize after winning on a scratch off ticket.
The ticket was purchased just south of the Butler County line at the Shop ‘n Save on Route 8 in Richland Township.
The winner hit for a $3 “Golden Ticket” million grand prize on the $30 ticket.
