The 44th Annual Butler Road Race was run Saturday morning in Downtown Butler.
In the five mile race, 27-year-old Nick Edinger of Mars finished first in the male division. The first place finisher for the female division was 19-year-old Rebecca Pennington of Petrolia.
Saturday’s festivities also included a two-kilometer run and health walk, all of which started in front of the Butler County Courthouse. Proceeds from registration fees will benefit local programs for residents in our community.
