A FedEx driver could be facing charges after he allegedly threw packages into a ditch in Mercer County.
Our news partners at WPXI say the unnamed driver was spotted tossing packages that were marked as delivered into a ditch on Horvath Road, which is near Neshannock.
Police say the packages were recovered and eventually returned to FedEx. The charges are pending the final total value of the packages.
