A report from ESPN surfaced earlier this week saying that Ben Roethlisberger was concerned if he would ever play football again. Roethlisberger took to Twitter yesterday saying that “contrary to recent reports…I am working hard and am more determined than ever to come back stronger next year.”
Roethlisberger believes he’ll be ready to play by training camp next year.
Running back James Conner and corner back Steven Nelson sat out practice yesterday. Coach Mike Tomlin officially ruled out center Maurkice Pouncey for Sunday’s game. And the Steelers placed QB Mason Rudolph on the IR.
The Steelers play the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday. Kickoff was moved to 4:25 p.m.
