A Sarver man is facing a number of charges after he threatened two Butler County judges and a township supervisor.
61-year-old Frederick Buehler was arraigned earlier this week on three charges—including one felony. Police say it started last weekend, when Buffalo Township supervisor Gary Risch Sr. began receiving several threatening voicemails from Buehler.
In the messages, Buehler made threats directed to District Magistrate Sue Haggerty and Judge Thomas Doerr.
According to the criminal complaint, Buehler said on the voicemails as recent as Monday, that he was going to be “throwing bodies on 356” and there will be blood later that week.
Police say Buehler recently had charges filed through Haggerty’s office, and that Doerr has presided over previous cases involving Buehler.
