A Slippery Rock man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened his father with a gun.
Police arrested 27-year-old Jeffery Ford Jr. Sunday evening following an argument where he pointed a gun at his father, 48-year-old Jeffery Ford Sr. of Butler.
Police say the verbal argument surrounded Ford Jr.’s pet cat.
Ford Jr. has been charged with aggravated assault.
