A major accident shut down portions of I-80 in Clarion County yesterday.
According to reports, about 12 vehicles were involved in the accident—including multiple tractor trailers, a PennDOT truck, and several passenger vehicles.
The crash shut down I-80 westbound (between Exit 60 in Shippenville and Exit 53 in Knox) for hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
Multiple people were injured. The extent of those injuries is unknown.
