The Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-2 last night. It was the fifth consecutive win for the Lightning – and the fifth consecutive loss for the Pens at Tampa Bay’s arena. Evgeni Malkin had a goal and an assist for the Pens. Matt Murray stopped 25 of 28 shots. The Pens went 0-for-5 on the power play. They are 0-for-12 in their past two games on the power play.
The Pens visit Florida tomorrow night for a 7pm face-off. WISR will join the game following Knoch basketball.
