The Butler VA is adopting a new entry policy in order to protect its staff and Veterans against the coronavirus.
The VA announced the decision earlier this morning that they will be screening anyone entering the campus or community clinics until further notice.
Officials say everyone will be asked three questions upon their arrival at the VA. Signage is also posted at all Butler facilities.
“We apologize in advance for any delays this may cause, however, we believe prepartion is the judicious course of action and we are taking stepsto ensure out Veterans, staff, volunteers, visitors, and others coming to our campus are screened and appropriateyly cared for,” Interim Director of the Butler VA Barbara Forsha said.
