The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) has suspended all athletic competition for the remainder of the Spring Semester, effective immediately, in response to the concerns surrounding the COVID-19.
In conjunction with that announcement made by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Friday morning regarding the response to COVID-19, Slippery Rock University has announced that all athletic competitions for the remainder of the spring semester have been canceled as of 5 p.m. Friday, March 13.
In addition, all countable related athletic activities (practices, recruiting, camps and clinics, etc…) are suspended until March 30, at which time the PSAC Board of Directors will review a proposal from the athletics administrators on whether to permit or suspend those activities for the remainder of the semester.
