Bars and restaurants are still operating as usual in Butler County.
However, Governor Tom Wolf has stopped eating and drinking inside restaurants and bars in Allegheny County as well as four other counties on the eastern side of the state.
The businesses are still allowed to offer carry-out, delivery, and drive-through food and beverage services.
