Governor Tom Wolf has announced that he is recommending that all Pennsylvanians wear cloth masks in public when leaving home.
Wolf and Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health said that people do not need the N95 respirator masks or surgical masks.
A simple cloth mask or even a bandanna covering the nose and mouth can provide protection from transmitting infection.
In addition to the new direction about mask wearing, Wolf’s Stay at Home order remains in effect for all of Pennsylvania but this is not a requirement that people remain inside their homes.
