In the Seneca Valley School District, teachers from Haine Elementary, Rowan Elementary, and Haine Middle School will lead several simultaneous parades this morning through neighborhoods in Cranberry Township and Seven Fields.
The teachers hope that students and families will be able to wave and display signs from porches and front yards as the parades make their way along multiple streets and roads.
All the parades are scheduled to move out at 10:45 a.m. today. Police and first responders will also be participating.
To promote social distancing, officials are reminding people to remain on porches or yards, and not gather at bus stops or on street corners.
