COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to decline within the Butler Health System.
Officials reported today that they are currently treating two patients for the coronavirus at Butler Memorial Hospital, with one in the ICU. No COVID patients are currently at the BHS Clarion Hospital.
However, hospital officials are reminding residents that as the county gets ready to go to the green phase, that they still need to take the proper precautions in keeping safe and healthy.
As for coronavirus numbers, three new cases were announced today for Butler County, bringing the total to 235.
Statewide, there are now 73,405 cases and 5,742 reported deaths.
The number of negative tests rose by about 9,000 and is now currently over 408,000.
