State lawmakers are expected to review a bill that would allow mail-in ballots to be counted before Election Day.
The proposed law comes as delayed election returns in this year’s primary caused concerns about timely reporting for the general election.
Nearly 25,000 voters applied for mail-in ballots in Butler County for the June 2nd primary.
