Four new COVID-19 cases were reported in Butler County Wednesday.
That brings the combined total to 277 since the first case was reported in late March.
Butler Memorial Hospital is treating two patients for the coronavirus, but both are not in the ICU.
Allegheny County also reported another 45 new cases, which matches Monday’s total. Previously the county had not seen the case count get higher than 45 since May 7.
The state is reporting 495 new cases—that’s up about 160 more than last Wednesday.
58 new deaths were reported bringing the death toll to 6,518.
About 8,000 new negative tests were announced.
