Dave Jones from Dave Jones’ Turkey Farm explains how he is now raising chickens year round as well as turkey so people are able to get fresh poultry. He says he had many calls from the community of people looking to buy local after concerns of workers in plants getting sick. Mr. Jones also explains how the recent health concerns have affected his business and the safety protocols he is now using to assure the public that he is offering fresh, safe food.
