Seven-time champion Jimmie Johnson has been okayed to return to NASCAR after twice testing negative for the coronavirus this week, after testing positive on Friday. Johnson missed the first race of his Cup career on Sunday at the Brickyard. Now that he’s been cleared, he will race this coming Sunday at Kentucky Speedway. Johnson never had any symptoms, but was tested after his wife, tested positive after suffering from what she thought was seasonal allergies.
