Long-term care facilities across the state will have access 24/7 to call centers providing clinical and operational support to fight COVID-19.
In order to protect residents and staff from infection, the PA Departments of Health and Human Services have launched a network called the Regional Response Health Collaboration Program.
Long-term care providers in Butler County and several surrounding counties such as Allegheny, Lawrence, and Mercer are encouraged by the state to contact the regional call center operated by UPMC and Allegheny Health Network at 412-648-6714 for support and assistance.
The RRHCP will offer clinical support to long-term care facilities that may not have the necessary on-site expertise to deal with problems arising from the pandemic. The call center will provide information about infection control, contact tracing, and telemedicine consultation.
