The Pittsburgh Penguins have hired Todd Reirdon and Mike Vellucci to replace their recently fired three assistant coaches. Reirdon was recently fired as the head coach of the Washington Capitals. He has been a Pens assistant before. Vellucci has been the head coach/general manager for the Baby Penguins of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
The Colorado Avalanche have tied their Stanley Cup Western Conference First Round Series with Dallas following a 4-1 victory last night. Game Seven will be Friday night in Edmonton.
The New York Islanders and Philadelphia Flyers meet in Game Six of their series tonight at 7pm in Toronto. The Islanders lead the series 3-2.
Vegas and Vancouver play in Edmonton at 9:45pm. The Golden Knights lead that series 3-2.

–The Miami Heat have gone up 2-games-to-none in their Second Round Series with the Milwaukee Bucks after a 116-114 victory last night.
