Indoor dining restrictions are easing Monday as capacity expands to 50 percent.
Governor Tom Wolf also revised the time of last call, now making it 11 p.m. with customers being able to drink until midnight. There is no change for to-go cocktail orders and take out alcohol sales.
Monday also rolls out the new “open and certified” online database, in which restaurants self-certify that they are following protocols the state has put in place.
