No one was injured in an accident on I-79 Monday evening.
The crash happened just after 7 p.m. in the northbound lane of I-79 when 79-year-old William Hewlett was trying to take the exit ramp to Cranberry Township.
Police say he was driving too fast and drove into the grass area near the ramp and then collided with the concrete barrier.
Cranberry EMS crews were on the scene, but police say Hewlett was not injured.
