State agriculture officials announced that Pennsylvania has confirmed its first COVID-19 positive cat.
It was a 16-year-old cat from Cumberland County that lived in a house with multiple people who had been diagnosed with COVID-19.
According to officials the cat had a mild respiratory illness, and that it had to be humanely euthanized due to the distress it was causing.
