Officials at Quality Life Services say they’re on the other side of a coronavirus outbreak at their Sarver location.
Company Chief Quality Officer Mary Tack-Yuren told our newsroom in an email that the location had nine residents die due to the coronavirus. Six were in their skilled nursing unit, and three were in the personal care unit.
As of yesterday, the Sarver location is dealing with two residents and four staff members who remain positive and presumed contagious.
