Beginning Saturday, residents will be able to take advantage of no-charge COVID-19 testing at various Rite Aid sites around the area.
Through a partnership with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Rite Aid is expanding its existing program to include all individuals ages 13 and older regardless of symptoms.
Patients are still required to pre-register online through Rite Aid’s website in order to schedule a time slot for testing.
For those under 18 years old to get tested, a legal guardian must provide consent and supervise the child during the test.
