Butler Township is looking for residents in need as well as those who are able to help.
Township Commissioners and employees are hosting a donation sponsored food drive for Butler Township residents in need of food assistance this holiday season.
Anyone able to make a donation of non-perishable food items or cash can drop off that donation at the Butler Township Municipal Building between now and December 16th.
Residents of Butler Township in need of food assistance are asked to contact the township this Wednesday or Thursday (12/2-3) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 724-283-3430 extension 218. All information will be kept confidential and the resident will receive a designated food pick-up time once their township address has been verified.
