The United States Supreme Court has rejected injunctive relief of Congressman Mike Kelly’s bid to throw out mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.
This is the latest ruling that has gone against Kelly and others in their suit that called mail-in ballots in the state unconstitutional.
In the ruling, the court issued only a statement saying that the application had been denied.
