The latest lawsuit challenging the results of Pennsylvania’s election has been denied.
The suit was led by State Representative Daryl Metcalfe of Cranberry Township. He and nine other Republican lawmakers argued that there were irregularities with the fall election.
The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ultimately said the suit was an improper and untimely challenge to the election.
Local attorneys from the law firm Dillon McCandless King Coulter and Graham served as counsel for the plaintiffs.
