There were 94 new cases of COVID-19 and seven additional deaths for Butler County Wednesday.
That now brings the death toll for the county to 297 since the beginning of the pandemic.
There has been a slight uptick in hospitalizations at Butler Memorial Hospital. As of Wednesday morning, the hopsital was treating 35 patients for the coronavirus, with six COVID patients in the ICU. Butler Health System reported three deaths to the Department of Health on Monday.
Hospitalizations continue to remain below 5,000 in the state, with less than 900 people in the ICU for coronavirus.
There were just under 6,000 new cases statewide.
