Pennsylvania’s Department of Health is revising guidelines for quarantining if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 and have been vaccinated.
The move brings the guidance in line with the CDC. Under the updated policy, if you’re fully vaccinated, received the shot in the last three months, and are asymptomatic, you do not have to quarantine after being exposed to COVID.
Health officials also say this doesn’t mean the vaccine immunization is only three months, but rather that it’s unclear how long immunity will last.
