There were 48 new cases of COVID-19 and two additional deaths reported by the state for Butler County Wednesday.
That now brings the death toll in the county to 374 according to the Department of Health.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating seven patients for the coronavirus which is down one from Monday, with three COVID patients in the ICU which is an increase of two compared to Monday.
Butler Health System also announced that they have administered more than 50,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine resulting in over 30,000 people who have received at least one shot of the vaccine.
Overall the state added 2,594 new cases and 43 additional deaths.
