A federal judge has ruled that a former Butler County detective will not be able to change his plea in a case that says he and his wife embezzled over a million dollars from the Butler Health System.
Scott Roskovski and his wife Stephanie are now scheduled to be sentenced in April. Scott originally pled guilty to the charges last year, but requested to change his plea last month. A judge recently denied that request.
Stephanie Roskovski served as the Chief Operating Officer for Butler Health System from 2012 to 2017 and was charged for defrauding the hospital out of $1.3 million.
She is scheduled to be sentenced now on April 13th. Scott Roskovski’s sentencing is April 28th.
