Businesses in the hospitality industry can begin applying for financial relief starting Monday.
Over $2 million was allotted to Butler County hospitality businesses—for bars, restaurants, and hotels—to help offset losses due to the pandemic.
The program is called Coronavirus Hospitality Industry Relief Program, known as CHIRP, and it will give businesses up to $50,000, awarded in $5,000 increments.
There are multiple requirements for businesses to be eligible.
