Power was knocked out to a Clay Township home following an accident Monday morning.
It happened around 7:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Hall Road. Dispatchers say a truck hit a deer causing the vehicle to go off the road and hit a power box.
Crews also say the truck is on top of an underground transformer.
West Penn Power is on scene to deal with the outage.
