One person is recovering after being hit by a canoe on his motorcycle.
The accident happened yesterday around 2 p.m. on Route 422 near the entrance to McConnells Mill State Park.
According to witnesses, they say a canoe fell off the top of a Jeep, flew into the air and hit the motorcyclist who was driving behind the vehicle.
The person was taken to the hospital, but is expected to recover.
Charges will be filed against the driver of the Jeep for failing to properly secure a load.
