The Los Angeles Dodgers completed a three-game series sweep of the Pittsburgh Pirates following a 6-3 win Thursday afternoon at PNC Park. The game was halted during the eighth inning due to rain.
Mitch Keller had another poor outing, and was pulled in the third inning after allowing four earned runs on five hits. His record fell to 3-7.
Adam Frazier had one of the Pirates six hits and extended his hitting streak to 13 games. Frazier had his major league-leading 22nd double. Bryan Reynolds hit his 10th home run of the year.
It was the 13th win in a row for Los Angeles over the Pirates.
The Bucs are in Milwaukee to begin a weekend series tonight. First pitch is 8:10pm. Pre-game begins at 7:45 on WISR.
