A Mercer County man has been charged following an incident of property damage earlier this week.
According to Grove City Police, officers were called out to a disturbance at a residence on Jackson Street on Tuesday.
An investigation determined that 45-year-old Thomas Ertmer was under the influence of an unknown substance when he smashed three second floor windows out of his apartment, damaged a roommate’s television, and caused additional damage to the apartment.
Ertmer was booked into the Mercer County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief awaiting arraignment.
