American Red Cross officials say blood supply is critically low.
There will be four separate blood drives held in Butler County over the next two weeks in order to help increase supply to local hospitals.
The first is being held today in Slippery Rock at the Fire Hall on Elm Street from 12:30 to 6 p.m.
Then on Wednesday, a drive is taking place at the Old Presbyterian Church in Mars from 12:30 – 5 p.m.
And then next week, a drive will be held on Tuesday, July 6th at the Meridian Volunteer Fire Hall and then another on Thursday, July 8th at the Butler VA on North Duffy Road.
