Two people were sent to the hospital following a multi-vehicle accident in Summit Township Wednesday afternoon.
It happened around 2:15 p.m. in the eastbound lane of Route 422 near the intersection with Geibel Road.
State police say that an unnamed driver didn’t stop coming out of Geibel Road and hit another car. That vehicle then went into the westbound lane and collided with a third car. That vehicle then lost control and rolled over into a ditch.
Police didn’t release any names of the drivers, but said two people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
A portion of Geibel Road had to be shut down for a time. All three cars were towed from the scene.
