An Ellwood City woman surrendered this morning for her role in the Capitol riots back on January 6th.
The Department of Justice says that Julia Sizer is facing four charges as prosecutors say she was a part of the crowd that breached the Capitol building that day.
The criminal complaint also says that Sizer initially denied being inside the building, but then would later admit that was false.
Prosecutors did say video footage showed that Sizer did not damage any property, take anything from the building, or cause physical harm.
She will be arraigned via video at 5 p.m. Thursday.
