Butler Township has set their trick or treat day and times as well as announced another event with a Halloween theme.
At their meeting Wednesday night, Butler Township Commissioners approved a motion to permit children and families to trick or treat at township residences on Sunday, October 31st from 6 to 7 p.m.
Butler Township is also hosting a trick or treat event on Friday, October 29th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Preston Park weather permitting. This gathering will include vendors and candy with cooperation from the Butler County Chamber of Commerce.
Other local municipalities are expected to begin publicizing their decisions about trick or treating dates and times soon.
