A local driver will face charges following an incident that occurred over the weekend in neighboring Mercer County.
According to the Grove City Police, 32-year-old Michael Whitling of Butler committed a traffic violation in the area of West Main Street on Sunday.
Police say that Whitling was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
A further investigation revealed Whitling to be impaired so he has been charged with DUI.
