A special meeting will be held tonight in Seneca Valley to discuss the district’s health and safety plan.
Right now, the district currently is mandating masks for all students as Butler County remains in the high level of COVID transmission. Those guidelines were put in place at the beginning of the school year prior to the Wolf Administration’s decision to mandate masks statewide.
Now, board members will meet via an online meeting so they can be updated on the state Supreme Court’s decision deeming that mask mandate as unconstitutional.
The public is invited to speak, but must register on the district’s website prior to the meeting.
