No serious injuries were reported following a one car crash that occurred last week in nearby Lawrence County.
According to State Police, a 25-year-old New Castle man was traveling on Route 65 (Ellwood Road) just before 1am on Friday when he lost control of his SUV.
Authorities say that the SUV then overturned before striking a guide rail. Officials say that the motorist, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was later taken to a local hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
During their investigation, police say that they determined that the motorist was driving under the influence of alcohol. Police plan to file charges against the motorist.
