There is still time for residents to join a local nonprofit organization for a free educational program for friends and family of those dealing with mental illness.
Family to Family is an eight week program sponsored by NAMI, or the National Alliance on Mental Illness, that begins on March 9th through April 27th at NAMI’s Butler office in the Holly Pointe Building.
This in-person class will include course materials provided at no cost. CDC guidelines for in-person meetings will be followed.
Class size is limited. Those interested in participating should call or visit the website of NAMI to register by Wednesday (tomorrow).
