A couple of local lawmakers joined other state House Republicans in suing over Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballot law.
State Representatives Aaron Bernstine and Tim Bonner along with 12 other GOP members filed a suit last week seeking to throw out the state’s mail-in voting law.
They argue a court must invalidate the law because of a provision that says the law is “void” if any of its components are struck down—which they say happened earlier this year.
This is the latest battle over the 2019 election law, that has become a hot button issue since the 2020 election.
