Four state-related universities are set to receive additional funding as part of this year’s state budget.
According to Spotlight PA, $40 million will be going to Pitt, Penn State, Temple, and Lincoln University as part of a one-time funding boost to those schools.
Wolf was given the authority to move stimulus money by the state legislature.
The funding was not immediately disclosed by Wolf’s office or the legislature—however both sides noted that this was a part of the discussion process.
