The state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is releasing its first fall foliage report of the year.
Experts are optimistic that this fall will bring vibrant colors from the Keystone’s State’s trees.
We’re still very early in the fall foliage stages, with the DCNR saying that leaves are just starting to change colors in Western Pennsylvania.
Right now, they classify a handful of counties in northern PA as “approaching best color.”
