Just weeks after voting no on changing the polling location in Concord Township, Butler County Commissioners now approved a new spot for the upcoming election.
At yesterday’s public meeting, the commissioners heard from a group of voters who spoke in favor of moving the precinct location from the Concord Township Municipal Building to the Concord Presbyterian Church.
The group says they received over 50 signatures advocating the county to approve the move.
County officials say that there is still enough time before the November election to make sure the church is ready to go.
